The extended family of the Van Buren sisters joined forces with Alisa Clickenger of WomensMotorcycleTours.com to promote the ride, where we rode from the East Coast with at least 100 women riders, including Adeline's great-granddaughter, Sofié Ruderman, and Sarah Van Buren, great-great niece of Adeline and Augusta. Sarah rode a Kawasaki Vulcan after getting her motorcycle license 6 months earlier.
We tried to stay along the same route that Adeline and Augusta traveled almost 100 years ago.
